Who in your life is making an investment in you? It’s an importat question we need to ask ourselves for bringing in the New Year. Write down the people in your life that you invest in. Write down the energy investment they are making in you and you in them. This will tell you a lot more than you ever imagined.
It may surprise you when you concretize it. Don’t get mad or upset at the results. Feel. Be present. Take a deep breath. Realize your role in the choices you are making and why you are making them. You are in control of those results in the future. Your energy matters.
Investments aren’t just financial, they are matters of the body, mind and spirit too.
