Relax and restore your body and mind in this Sunday morning class featuring the Zentangle Art Method (ZAM); an easy‐to‐learn, relaxing and fun way to create no mistakes abstract art by drawing repetitive patterns (tangles) in eight simple steps.
Learn how instrumental music along with five strokes can help you draw circular, curved, dots, geometric, and grid patterns with ease as you become aware of patterns in everyday life. The meditative art form is considered yoga for the mind with its ability to increase focus, creativity, and artistic satisfaction along with an increased sense of personal well‐being. Whether you are a seasoned artist or a beginner, no prior drawing experience is necessary in therapeutic art.
Leave class with a beautiful individual art tile of your own, having also created a temporary class mosaic on our ZOOM Cocoon to photograph with all the class tiles, knowing that anything is possible one stroke at a time.
